Can I cancel my order?

How long does it take to deliver this product?
We always try to fulfill our orders as soon as possible, and sometimes may take even less time than expected. However, the times to which we commit are 7 to 14 business days.
*Production and shipping times are business days only.
*An order starts producing only until payment has been made.
*The production time can be extended if the image provided by the customer does not match the required resolution to obtain a quality print.
What is the minimum resolution needed?
Any modern cell phone or digital camera takes pictures with good quality enough for a high-definition printing. However, it is important that this photo has not been transferred by any app such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. since these apps make the images lose quality.
The minimum resolution will depend on the size of the photo. Any doubts about whether your image will look good in the size of your choice, you can always send us an email with your image attached to demilophotography@gmail.com and we will gladly help you!
How do I track my order?
Once we receive your order, we will send you an email making you know that your order is in production process. Once it has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do! However, delivery times might take longer.
